Each producer has their own shop page with the coffees they currently offer and the prices set for your account.
Products and sizes
A product is the coffee itself — with its roast level, process, origin, varietals, tasting notes, and elevation. Under it are the sizes you can actually buy, like a 12 oz retail bag or a 5 lb wholesale case. You add a size to your cart, not the coffee itself, so check you've picked the format you meant before ordering.
Prices are yours
The prices you see are the ones your producer has set for your account, including any rates you've negotiated. Nobody else sees your pricing, and you don't see theirs.
Why you might not see everything
If a coffee you've bought before isn't showing, it's usually one of these:
It's sold out for the current ordering window.
It isn't offered in this window — producers choose what to list per cycle, so seasonal coffees come and go.
Your producer has it hidden from your account, which they do for allocations or house blends.
Ask them directly if you were expecting something — it's usually a listing decision, not a mistake.
The FAQ page
Most producers keep an FAQ on their shop with their lead times, minimums, delivery days, and sample policy. Worth reading once before your first order.
Building a cart
Add sizes and quantities as you go. Your cart is held open and priced live, so if a producer changes a price before you check out, your cart reflects the new price. Once you place the order, the prices are locked in and won't move afterwards.
Ordering from several producers
Each producer gets its own cart and its own order. There's no combined checkout, since lead times, delivery, and invoicing are per producer.
