Each producer sets their own ways of getting coffee to you — pickup from them, or delivery on their routes. You choose one at checkout.
Choosing a method
In the Delivery section at checkout, pick from the methods your producer offers. Names are theirs, so you'll see things like "Pickup at the roastery" or "Tuesday city route" rather than generic labels.
How delivery is priced
Delivery is charged by the total weight of your order, in tiers. Practically, that means consolidating into one larger order is usually cheaper than splitting the same coffee across two small ones.
Order minimums
Some methods only unlock above a minimum order value. If a method you expected isn't selectable, your cart is probably below its minimum — adding to the order or choosing pickup instead are the two ways round it.
Delivering to several sites
If your company has more than one cafe or kitchen, add each as a location and choose the right one at checkout. Producers use it to route the delivery, so an order sent to the wrong location genuinely goes to the wrong door.
Ordering for two sites at once? Place one order per location rather than combining them.
Negotiated rates
Producers can give your account different delivery rates than their standard ones — worth asking about if you're on a route they already run.
Your price is locked at checkout
Delivery charges freeze onto your order when you place it. If your producer changes their rates next month, the order you've already placed keeps the price you agreed to.
When will it arrive?
The ready-by date shown at checkout is the commitment. For anything more specific — a delivery time slot, a driver's ETA — contact the producer, since they run their own logistics.
