Tracking your orders

What each status means, and what happens when a line is short.

Written by Lexi Smith

Orders lists everything you've placed, with each producer and its current state.

What the statuses mean

  • Submitted — placed, waiting for the producer to confirm.

  • Accepted — they've confirmed they're fulfilling it. This is the one that means your coffee is coming.

  • Completed — fulfilled.

  • Cancelled — not going ahead.

Payment is tracked separately, so an order can be completed and still have an open invoice, or be paid before it arrives.

Order detail

Open an order to see the lines, the prices you paid, your chosen delivery method and location, your memo, and the order number the producer uses. That number is the fastest way to reference it when you contact them.

When a line changes

Producers confirm what they're actually sending line by line. If a coffee runs short, that line can be marked unavailable or fulfilled at a lower quantity, and your total updates to reflect what you're actually getting — you won't be charged for coffee that didn't ship. If a substitution matters to you, say so in your memo when you order.

Reordering

Past orders are the quickest starting point for your next one. Open a recent order to see exactly what you bought and in what sizes, then build the same cart on the producer's shop.

Changing or cancelling

Contact the producer directly. Before they've started roasting, most changes are straightforward; once fulfilment is underway, less so. There's no cancel button, because the answer depends on where your order is in their production.

Your history stays

Orders don't age out, so what you bought and paid last season is there when you need it for costing or a conversation about price.
