Your team and locations

Invite your team, add your sites, and control who orders for where.

Written by Lexi Smith

Ordering shouldn't depend on one person's login. Add your team so whoever is counting stock can place the order, and add your sites so orders reach the right door.

Inviting your team

  1. Go to Team.

  2. Enter the person's email and choose their role.

  3. Send the invite — they'll get a single-use link to set their own password.

They'll show as pending until they finish signing up.

Roles

  • Admin — full access, including company details, invoices, and inviting others.

  • Member — can browse catalogs and place orders.

Start people as members if you're unsure; you can change a role later without them signing up again.

Multiple locations

If you run more than one cafe, store, or kitchen, add each as a location under Account with its own address. You'll choose which location an order is for at checkout, and your producers use it to route delivery.

Restricting people to their site

Team members can be limited to the locations they actually work at, so a manager at one site isn't ordering for another. When you add a new location, existing team members get access to it by default — unless you'd already restricted them to specific locations, in which case they stay restricted.

Who can order from whom

Your relationships with producers belong to your company, not to individuals, so anyone on your team can order from any producer you have an account with. Bringing in a new producer doesn't mean re-inviting your staff.

When someone leaves

Remove their seat from Team. Their past orders stay on your history — you won't lose the record of what was bought.
